Rescheduling: At least 24 hours' notice is required for a free reschedule. Same-day requests can't be accepted, and for multi-hour packages, that booked hour is used up from your total.

Multi-hour packages (6-Hour, 10-Hour, and 10-Hour Lessons Only): These packages must be completed within 3 months of commencing. Any unused portion is not refunded after that time. Once started, packages can't be cancelled or transferred. Sessions are arranged around the mutual availability you provide in the enquiry form, and must be booked as a minimum of 1.5–2 hours per session in the selected area.

Test Day Package: Securing my car for your test day requires a $50 non-refundable token to confirm the booking. This applies only to the Test Day Package.

You must hold a valid NSW learner or provisional licence for the type of session you're booking, or a valid overseas licence still recognised for driving in NSW under current regulations. It's your responsibility to make sure your licence is current and valid on the day of any lesson, Mock Test, or test day booking.

If you're being driven or supervised in my car, sharing your licence details with me on request is obligatory before the session goes ahead. This isn't optional — I need to sight and confirm your licence details before you can get behind the wheel of my vehicle, for both legal and insurance reasons.

Where a session or package includes use of my car, you agree to follow my instructions and directions at all times while driving it, including pulling over or stopping immediately if asked. L-plates or P-plates must be displayed as required by law for your licence type, and you must not drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or while affected by anything that impairs safe driving. I reserve the right to end a session immediately, without refund, if I consider the vehicle or anyone in it to be at risk.

You must not touch or use your mobile phone while in the driving seat, unless the car is safely parked. You're responsible for following all traffic regulations and road rules at all times while driving, whether in my car or your own, and as the driver, you're responsible for any traffic offences incurred during your driving.

Reading and accepting these Terms & Conditions in full is required before any booking can proceed. By submitting a booking or enquiry request, you're confirming that you've read, understood, and agreed to everything set out on this page — proceeding with a booking request is treated the same as if you had explicitly accepted these terms.

Any personal or licence details you share with me are used only for the purposes of confirming your booking and complying with legal and insurance requirements, and won't be shared beyond what's necessary for that. These terms may be updated from time to time, and the version in effect at the time of your booking is the one that applies.
